Personal 2018
Over the course of 2018 I’ve participated in some creative challenges and made some personal lettering pieces.
#HOMwork Week 4
The assignment was to take one letter of the alphabet and draw it in 16 different styles. After some letters you start running out of ideas and then you really have to use those creative muscles, so it’s a good exercise.
#HOMwork Week 6
The assignment was to take the popular phrase "Spread love, not hate" and replace 'love' with your favorite thing to spread onto food.
#36DaysOfType
I participated on some days of the annual '36 Days Of Type' challenge.
#HOMwork Week 16
The assignment was: "Create a glorious pun based on your favourite food.”
#GoodtypeTuesday May 29
The challenge was: "Letter a regional word or saying that you would only hear from someone near your hometown."
#HOMwork Week 30
The assignment was to letter or design your favourite uncommon word.
Inktober 2018
I participated in Inktober this year; you can see the results in a separate project.
I also made some personal handmade cards for friends.
